Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen proximity and engagement with Swiss IMS staff, supporting retention, wellness, and career development.
• Champion Swiss talent development and retention by ensuring new recruits complete the Welcome to MSF session and conducting post‑assignment debriefings to capture feedback and identify disengagement signals.
• Encourage employees to articulate medium‑ and long‑term career ambitions and collaborate with Pool Managers and the OCG HR department to share opportunities across field and HQ.
• Promote MSF Switzerland as an employer through HR marketing activities, storytelling, and community‑engagement initiatives.
