Two Family Practice physicians, each with approximately 1,000 active patients, will retire by April 1, 2027. The practice offers an opportunity for 2–3 physicians to take over the combined panel of 2,000 patients and continue working in the current space under a new lease agreement, or for one or two physicians to relocate to a practice of their choice.

Hours

Either full‑time or part‑time. Hours can be set by the physician as long as the building is open. The Fairmont Medical Building is open Monday‑Saturday.
