This position focuses on direct search and talent pipeline creation for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians (ATV), anticipating business needs and building long‑term talent communities in a highly competitive and multilingual market. The TA Partner will act as a market expert and strategic advisor, responsible for building strong talent databases, maintaining continuous contact with key profiles, and developing innovative ways to attract and engage candidates.
