Position Overview
Based at our Port Elizabeth branch to further strengthen our local sales team, we are currently seeking a Technical Advisor Junior (Port Elizabeth, South Africa).
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Baking and demonstrating finished goods in assigned channels and teaching on how to use the Company’s products. Working closely with the sales team to reach Sales targe Key Accountabilities Bake all products with excellence To coach and mentor new recruits and all the colleagues within the department Train customer bakers on the Company’s products Present finished goods – to a minimum of ten (10) people – and sell concept solutions Work with the sales team to build and grow the business Plan and execute daily and weekly bakery production, and implement thereof at store level Build relationships with customers Give technical advice Sleep away from home Facilitate and train groups of people (maximum of ...
