- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ASRS, sortation, and fulfilment systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on-site
- Diagnose equipment faults and restore operations within target timelines
- Work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
