In this hybrid full-time role, you will act as the liaison between clients and the System Project Manager. The ideal candidate will bring over one year of experience in customer service and system integration, especially with Aspire or similar warehouse processes. You will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive project progress while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate daily with Client Project teams for new client onboarding
• Manage client interactions and feedback on systems needs
• Review ERP documentation and integration mapping
• Assist with Statement of Work processes and project management
• Conduct project reviews, adapting work as necessary
