About the Role We are seeking a System Engineer to support product development and industrialisation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure seamless design transfer, product quality, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Design & Development Oversee Design Transfer through application of Design for Excellence (DfX) principles Conduct design reviews to ensure ease of assembly, manufacturability, and high yield rates Design and develop assembly and test jigs/fixtures Ensure product designs account for long-term sustaining and lifecycle considerations Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as liaison between R&D, Manufacturing, and Suppliers Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned systems and provide training where required Process Improvement & Cost Optimisation Drive cost efficiency through system design optimisation Apply LEAN manufactu...
