Systems Engineer

System's Engineer  Responsibilities * Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments * Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers  and related systems * Identify opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems with Citrix and related systems * Serve as third level escalation for Citrix support and troubleshooting * Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies * Performs other duties and special projects as assigned   Interpersonal/Behavioral Skills * Team player * Exception communication - written/verbal.
