Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in IT Computer Science or related field
CompTIA Network Plus CCNA or equivalent required
CompTIA Security Plus advantageous
Requirements:
Experience supporting IT networks and infrastructure
Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of network security and backup solutions
Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues efficiently
KPAs:
Maintain and support network infrastructure
Monitor system performance and network availability
Troubleshoot hardware network and connectivity issues
Ensure data security backup and disaster recovery processes are followed
