Job Description
Job Summary:
Provides onsite and remote desktop support to end users across physical, virtual, and mobile platforms. Installs, configures, and supports applications on approved operating systems and platforms. Supports peripheral devices such as printers and scanners. Provides infrastructure support for warehouse and logistics projects, and collaborates with other support teams to restore services and resolve issues.
Principal Responsibilities:
Handles end user requests for hardware and software for supported clients.
Troubleshoots technical issues and provides user support through timely problem ticket resolution
Updates, tracks, and maintains assigned support tickets
Escalates incidents and service requests as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
Maintains site documentation and maintenance records
