Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Systems Engineer responsible for the development and maintenance of PACCAR's Mainframe applications. The development and maintenance activity predominantly uses COBOL, IMS, DB2, JCL and CICS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to define, design, and propose alternative solutions in response to changing business needs.
- Work with customers to troubleshoot reported issues.
- Develop quality code and its associated documentation, adhering to team & departmental guideline
- Resolves production support problems. Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems
- Must be able and willing to work weekends and evenings to support on-call responsibilities as needed is required.
