Job Description

Solutionreach is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems that power our revenue organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
In this role, you will focus on day-to-day system execution—troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and ensuring our GTM tech stack operates effectively. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and partner with senior systems leadership to implement scalable solutions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their RevOps or systems career who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working across tools and teams.
 Requirements What will I need to thrive in this role?
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM/system administration
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools
