Deskside Support

System Engineering
. The successful candidate will split their time between providing high-touch technical support for our 60-person Singapore office and collaborating with the Group Headquarters to implement and maintain systems and infrastructure. This role requires a unique blend of 'hands-on' hardware skills and 'high-level' system administration capabilities. Key Responsibilities Part 1: Deskside Support & Local Operations (20%) User Support:
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for 60 staff members, providing professional technical assistance via email, remote tools, or in-person.
Identity & Access:
Manage the full user lifecycle in
Active Directory and Microsoft 365
, including MFA configuration and password resets.
Hardware & Asset Lifecycle: Manage the complete asset inventory and conduct regular audits.
