WSP is currently initiating a search for a **System Operator II – Tolling Operations!**
This position will work out of our **Hawthorne, NY** office.

Be involved in projects with our Mobility Operations Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
**Your Impact**
+ Provide human monitoring and operation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices and other traffic control devices, and take appropriate actions based upon guidance from current and future SOPs.
+ Traffic Incident Management
+ Coordination of responses for roadway concerns
+ Dispatching of maintenance crews for snow/ice events
+ Database entry for all activities related to incidents, special events, roadway concerns, and call logs.
+ Assist in traffic data collection for system performance of troubleshooting using manual and automateddata collection and surveillance feat...
