System Engineer – Enterprise Service & Operation

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Enterprise Service & Operations Management systems .
• Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
• Manage and support ServiceNow Service Management & Operations modules .
• Monitor and manage enterprise infrastructure using tools such as NNM, OMi, SiteScope, ArcSight, and related platforms.
• Manage SCCM, Nexthink, Bomgar, and Software Asset Management solutions.
• Support network, server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and data center environments.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports using Splunk and Tableau.
• Ensure efficient service delivery and operational performance across IT environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT Service & Operations Management.
