System Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of vessel electrical and automation systems. Prepare, interpret, and update electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Support the programming of PLCs and configuration of VFDs, motor controllers, and motion control systems. Work with breakers, contactors, and control panels to facilitate system integration. Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and vessel commissioning. Troubleshoot system issues with guidance from senior engineers. Ensure compliance of designs with class, safety, and quality standards. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
