Job Description
We are looking for a Senior System Configuration Manager. The position focuses on configuration management across complex operational systems and they’re specifically looking for someone with experience in:
- 10+ years in Configuration Management / Release Management / Systems Engineering
- Managing complex multi-system software & hardware environments
- Configuration baselines, change control, and release governance
- Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and system lifecycle management
- Source control, packaging, deployment, and release processes
- Configuration audits, discrepancy investigation, and process compliance
- Strong understanding of ISO 15288
- Experience working within critical infrastructure, aerospace, defence, telecom, transport, or enterprise-scale environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to drive process adoption across technical teams
