Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and Design end-to-end IBM Z / Mainframe architecture for large-scale internal systems
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mainframe solutions with business objectives
- Lead modernization and optimization initiatives on IBM Z platforms
- Mentor and guide senior developers and engineering teams
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe architecture and design
- Deep expertise in IBM Z systems, z/OS, CICS, JCL, and related middleware
- Strong knowledge of DB2, IMS, MQ Series, and batch processing frameworks
- Experience with mainframe modernization, cloud integration, or hybrid architectures
