• Working Hours: 12‑hour rotating shift (14‑16 days/month) 9am – 9pm, 9pm – 9am
• Location: Novena
• Salary: Up to $3500 + allowances + PB

Involve in one or more teams working in 12‑hour shift in supporting and up‑keeping our customer systems running smoothly through:

• Perform General Administration
• Perform Daily Operational Tasks
• Perform Scheduled Tasks
• Perform System Defects Management
• Perform Network Management Services
• Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Tivoli and Solarwinds
• Submit Daily Report
• Submit Incident Report
• Assist Customer on Exercise Support
• Assist Customer on System Audit
