Job Responsibilities:
Operate and manage a telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and direct incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls effectively and professionally.Ensure that all inquiries are promptly and accurately resolved or routed to the appropriate department or personnel.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes to provide accurate and helpful information to callers.Log and track calls when necessary and provide status updates as required.Assist in emergency communications and prioritize urgent or critical calls in accordance with defined escalation protocols.Update and maintain the directory database reg...
