Job Description
Drive training compliance and quality assurance with Swissport as a Regional Training Manager. Lead trainer development in NOAM while ensuring top-notch onboarding and training results.
As a key member of Swissport's Training, Learning, and Development team, you will spearhead training standards in the NOAM region across all fueling stations. Your role includes ensuring compliance, managing day-to-day leadership for Station Trainers, and delivering virtual instructor-led training sessions. You will facilitate a consistent training experience while partnering with various stakeholders to elevate training efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor training standards across the area
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of training records
• Lead and mentor Station Trainers in their development
• Deliver impactful virtual and instructor-led training sessions
• Observe training operations and conduct quality reviews
