Swiss HR Manager – Temporary Maternity Coverage

Alpiq Holding AG is looking for an HR Manager in Switzerland on a temporary basis, overseeing all HR processes for line managers and employees during maternity leave. The role involves advising on HR processes, supporting change initiatives, and participating in global HR projects.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree or a Federal Certificate in Human Resources Management along with at least 5 years of experience in an international setting. Fluent English and French are required, with German as a strong asset.
