Swim Teacher & Instructor

The Position

Hiring multiple team members to teach water safety and swim lessons to children year‑round using our fun, gentle and progressive methods. You will receive extensive training to build your confidence and ability to work with a variety of swimmers. Having fun and interacting with swimmers is an important part of the role. The focus is on living our values and teaching water safety to benefit the community.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay $16 per hour, based on experience
• Sign‑on bonus if Lifeguard Certified, or lifeguard fee reimbursement

Your Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and fun swim lessons per our curriculum
• Work shifts of 3–4 hours in a heated indoor pool in the Durham/Chapel Hill area
