Discovery Dunes Golf Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef to join our Culinary team and help shape one of Dubai's most exclusive dining destinations. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary professional with a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for delivering world‑class food and hospitality experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Culinary, you will lead the Sushi Kitchen, overseeing daily operations, menu development, food quality, team performance, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in creating innovative sushi offerings while maintaining the highest standards of consistency, presentation, food safety, and member satisfaction.
