Job Title: Survey CAD Technician
Job Description
This role entails developing survey boundary, topographic, and control surveys, as well as conducting construction stakeout using CAD/MicroStation and related platforms. The position involves receiving field data and transforming it into working drawings, existing condition base sheets, and finished plats. The Survey Field and Office Technician will work under the guidance of a Project Surveyor.
Responsibilities
+ Perform boundary, topographic, and control surveys and construction stakeout for various projects.
+ Complete survey computations efficiently and accurately.
+ Prepare boundary, subdivision, easement plats, and legal descriptions.
+ Process topographic survey, control, and location survey information.
+ Prepare, understand, and complete drawings in accordance with project specifications and industry survey standards.
