Surface Well Testing Senior Operator

Overview

Our client is seeking Surface Well Testing Senior Operators to work onshore in the United Arab Emirates. The responsible senior operator will supervise and perform well testing operations on wells to evaluate production performance, pressure, flow rates and fluid characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain well test equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with drilling and production teams and lead field crews during testing activities.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot operational issues, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Work in remote locations and adhere to rotational schedules.
