Job Summary

Responsible for managing and supervising a team of CNC machinists, technicians, and operators within the CNC Turning and Milling section for sheet plastic manufacturing. Ensures production of high-quality machined plastic components with a focus on quality, output, safety, and 6S across the full production lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• As a supervisor, set priorities for the team, drive results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
• Supervise daily activities of CNC Turning and Milling operations for plastic component production.
• Assess personnel and material levels to determine production schedules; assign personnel and monitor workflow through the manufacturing facility.
• Establish operating policies and procedures; coordinate multiple functions to ensure production schedules are met within quality and cost objectives.
