As a Support Worker, you'll provide practical help with daily tasks, offer emotional encouragement, and promote social inclusion, enabling people to lead fulfilling lives at home and in the community.We are building a team for a vibrant young adult in York with complex needs, including Autism (PDA traits), ADHD, a Learning Disability, and Tuberous Sclerosis.
