Job Description
We are recruiting self‑motivated and enthusiastic support workers, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities within their own homes. You will make a difference to the quality of a person’s life by supporting them with their daily living activities. This can include intimate personal care including showering/bathing, dressing or undressing, assisting with toileting, etc.
It will also include administering medication, supporting with meal preparation, and participating in leisure activities to enable individuals to get the most from their daily life. You will have an understanding of the importance of social inclusion, promoting independence and enabling positive life choices.
