You will be required to have the availability to work a range of daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts supporting with a range of tasks dependent on individual ability. Tasks may include transportation, employment, finances, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration. This role requires physical fitness, resilience, and confidence to manage risk and respond effectively in challenging situations.
