Support Worker

DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post - Cost to be met by the local authority.

A gentleman in Hessle is looking for support workers. Support needs include Middle stage Alzheimer's, Limited mobility, doubly incontinent (can sometimes use the toilet if taken). Male Enjoys Music, singing and sport.

Responsibilities

• Sat & Sun only - 9.30 - 10.30 Getup/shower/dress/breakfast/medication/make or change bed = 2 hours
• Fri, Sat & Sun - 1.15 - 1.45 Help out of the chair to move around/toilet = 1.5 hours
• Fri, Sat & Sun - 5.30 - 6.00 Put to bed = 1.5 hours

Qualities required

• Kind, caring, compassionate and respectful with an understanding of dementia.
• Previous experience essential.
• A happy sociable person who can communicate well with the individuals wife.
