About The Role

We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and committed individuals to join our team in supporting children and young people in residential care. The role focuses primarily on physical/medical disabilities with a heavy emphasis on the clinical support of our children. Full training provided.

• Support daily routines, education, and personal development
• Plan and take part in activities – from movie nights to outdoor adventures
• Create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment
• Encourage independence, confidence, and resilience.
• Work as part of a supportive team that celebrates success together
