This developmental post offers a clear progression path: starting at Band 3 while you learn the ropes and develop core competencies, then moving into a Band 4 role—typically within 6 months.

In this vital position, you will:

  • Support the Emergency Centre Rota Coordinator and Operational Team.
  • Help ensure safe, efficient, and clinically appropriate staffing across Emergency Departments and Acute Medicine footprints at RSH and PRH.
  • Play a key role in day-to-day staffing decisions and rota coordination.
