Job Description

Position Summary Support Engineer SAP PM/SM (remote, Brazil). Responsible for level 3 support for SAP applications (SAP CO, SAP PM, SAP SM). Deliver remote‑based support for mission‑critical SAP applications as part of a global customer support team. Responsibilities Provide Level 3 support across incident management, problem management, service requests, enhancements, and small projects. Analyze bugs and defects in production environments and resolve them within SLA timelines. Replicate issues, coordinate with technical developers and module consultants, and test bug fixes. Coordinate with business users for testing and ensure thorough documentation of root causes. Workarounds for high‑priority tickets and ensure continuous improvement.
