Level 2 Support Engineer

You must already hold valid SC Clearance.
We are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting secure, on-premises IT environments.
This is a hands-on, dual-role position, primarily based on-site, where youâll be responsible for maintaining infrastructure, supporting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. Youâll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support wider project activities when required.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining a secure IT environment, including:
Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting:
VMware infrastructure
Microsoft Server 2022 (including Active Directory, DNS)
Windows 11 desktops and third-party applications
Anti-virus solutions and system security
Basic networking and local area networks
Backup systems
