Job Description

Supply Officer – Airbus Operations S.L., Getafe (Madrid).

Selected candidate will join the Procurement & Supply Chain Team, responsible for efficient end‑to‑end supply‑chain management, ensuring timely availability of materials and components while maintaining quality standards and optimizing costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle, from identifying internal needs to final delivery, ensuring proper planning and execution.
• Negotiate terms (price, quality, delivery deadlines), monitor supplier performance, and develop solid long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and warehouse to align purchasing activities with operational needs and resolve supply issues.
• Track orders, manage incidents, maintain updated inventory records and optimise stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
