Supply Chain-/ Procurement Coordinator - Manufacturing

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee end?to?end procurement processes : supplier sourcing, evaluation, RFQs/RFPs, price negotiation, contract execution, and PO issuance.
• Manage supplier performance metrics: delivery reliability, quality compliance, cost benchmarking; conduct corrective action as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and coordinate with production and logistics units to align supply with manufacturing schedules.
• Build and maintain key vendor relationships to ensure alignment on cost, quality, lead‑time, and contract terms.
• Develop and manage cost?saving initiatives, monitor spend trends, and report procurement performance.
• Coordinate logistics and inbound delivery planning in conjunction with operations or warehouse teams.
