What You’ll Do:1. Vendor Enablement & Channel SetupOwn end-to-end onboarding of Direct Ship and Online Only vendors, including system configuration and pilot executionEducate vendors on requirements and ensure readiness prior to go-liveSet up key parameters such as lead times, transit times, SKU and Store ramp-ups, and order flows2. Order Flow & Operational ExecutionEnsure orders move accurately across channels with minimal disruptionExecute changes such as vendor/channel transitions and SKU ramp-upsMonitor order flow performance and address exceptions proactivelyEnsure vendor and product setup meet Line Review or Season Setup timelines3. Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner closely with Direct Ship, eCommerce, Order Management, Transportation, and Merchandising teamsAlign all stakeholders on vendor setup requirements and readinessAct as the main point of contact for assigned vendors and programs4.
