OVERVIEW
The role of Supply Chain Manager is central to the smooth running of our inbound and outbound shipping, supplier coordination, and warehouse operations. It sits at the heart of communication across the business; keeping suppliers, freight partners, warehouses, and our Sales team aligned, and ensuring that products move efficiently and on time, from our manufacturers through to customers worldwide.
This is a relationship‑led role for a brilliant communicator. You will own the day‑to‑day coordination of our suppliers, shipping partners, and our UK and US warehouses, owning demand forecasting through to fulfilment and turning it into accurately placed orders, well‑timed shipments, and clear, proactive updates to the wider team.
The Supply Chain Manager is a dynamic role that enables the achievement of the company’s growth plans, drives operational efficiency, and supports the wider team in meeting ambitious commercial goals.
