Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job Description
Need a hands-on supply chain leader with strong experience in demand and inventory planning, capable of driving data-driven supply strategies, leading teams, and leveraging Oracle (preferably Fusion) to support SIOP/IBP processes and overall supply performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly business level PSI reviews alongside commercial counterparts.
- Maintain the weekly and monthly supply plan and reconcile it against demand and sales plans over a 12-month horizon.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for material cost improvements from a global supply base.
- Champion supplier quality and delivery issues to resolution.
- Partner with key vendors to ensure long-term supply of critical materials based on demand plans.
