Lead and develop a team as a Supply Chain Manager I at VistaPrint, focusing on raw material management and optimization. Drive performance and adhere to best practices in a collaborative environment.
In this supervisory role, you will guide Supply Chain Planners and ensure operational excellence at VistaPrint. Your responsibilities include purchasing raw materials, inventory management, and mitigating supply risks. You will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity and reporting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Supply Chain Planners and mentor staff
• Manage raw material purchasing and supplier coordination
• Oversee inbound logistics for timely delivery
• Monitor KPIs and analyze department performance
• Identify opportunities for process optimization
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain planning experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Proficient in SAP or ERP systems
