Supply Chain Executive / Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory replenishment & reconciliation.
• Process Sales Orders and ensure readiness by generating deliver notes, instructing transporters, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels to secure safe delivery of stocks to customers.
• Participate in the S & OP process, demand planning, and forecast consolidation in coordination with the Supply Chain Team and both internal and external teams.
• Share tracking reports of upcoming shipments and daily updates for all Sales orders.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Comply with Drug Sale / Medical Device License requirements.
• Maintain temperature and humidity control requirements for product storage, and keep log sheets, data logger reports, and pest control reports on a monthly basis.
• Conduct physical verification of stocks by batch and expiry on a monthly and random basis.
