What You‘ll

• DoManage day-to-day purchasing for kitchen, bakery, retail, packaging, and operation
• s.Generate and track purchase order
• s.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliverie
• s.Compare quotations and negotiate the best value while maintaining quality standard
• s.Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstockin
• g.Source new vendors and products aligned with The Fresh Factory‘s quality philosoph
• y.Work closely with chefs and department heads for procurement plannin
