Supply Chain Excellence and S&OP Manager, ASEAN

Role Summary

As the Supply Chain Excellence & S&OP Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our regional value chain. This high‑impact, cross‑functional leadership role focuses on synchronizing demand, supply, and capacity to ensure business agility. You will manage the rhythm of our S&OP cycles and lead the charge in digitalization and end‑to‑end (E2E) efficiency transformation across the ASEAN region while managing the supply to the region.

You will be based in Bangi / Kajang, Malaysia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Orchestrate the S&OP Process: Lead monthly regional S&OP meetings, facilitating alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
