Supply Chain and Importation Asst. Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience on both customs and supply chain related process (preferably on pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical device companies).
2. Experience in supply/production planning and inventory control process. Exposure to pharmaceutical warehouse management and transportation.
3. Review product forecast, inventory status, and manage purchase planning.
4. Act as PIC for import-export activities, Customs process, Customs audit and related legal/judiciary process.
5. Maintain Licenses Database & HS Codes Mapping.
6. Maintain import licenses and other required import document for related Government Agencies, such as, BPOM, KEMENDAG, KLH, KEMENKES, etc., to maintain documents are updated and comply to the latest regulation.
7. Responsible for monitoring delivery process, clearance status, transport process until arrives at the warehouse.
