Job Description
OVERVIEW:
Assists with providing customer service to proponents in matters related to supplier relations.
SCOPE:
Serves Aramco Americas Company (AACO) and subsidiaries in North America.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
+ Conduct Screenings on new suppliers utilizing Aramco's designated applications.
+ Assists in resolving issues identified by retrieving SRM (Supplier Relations Management) related phone calls and through monitoring the SRM email account. Action any items that requires resolution.
+ Tracks resolution progress and follows up as required.
+ Creates Vendor Identification (VID) SAP numbers.
+ Updates supplier records and reviews errors in process often related to data (i.e., incorrect tax information, address, cost center) and works with appropriate individuals to align data in SAP and SRM.
