Supplier Enablement Support Analyst (Xico)

Purpose of the RoleThe Supplier Enablement Support Analyst is responsible for onboarding, supporting, and managing suppliers within the Coupa platform to ensure a smooth and scalable Accounts Payable process.This role plays a critical part in enabling supplier adoption of Coupa and ensuring suppliers are transacting efficiently and compliantly through the system.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for suppliers during the Coupa onboarding process.Guide suppliers through registration, profile setup, and connection via CSP, cXML, or SAN.Provide Tier1–2 support to resolve supplier onboarding and connectivity issues.Monitor and track onboarding progress, escalating delays or non‐compliance as needed.Validate supplier transactions (POs and invoices) before go‐live to ensure readiness.Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, AP, IT) to align onboarding with purchasing and payment workflows.Maintain accurate and high‐quality supplier master data within ERP and Coupa...
