Summary About the Position: Performs duties in support of project management, control, coordination and execution of assigned projects and programs. Working with the Project Managers (PM) and Project Delivery Teams (PDTs), the Program Specialist accomplishes project management related duties in the day to day management and processing of each project and/or program using the network analysis system (NAS), Project Management Business Process (PMBP), and Project Management Plans (PMP) Responsibilities Serves as a Program Specialist responsible for management, control, development, coordination and execution of assigned programs and their documentation requirements to ensure data/document management. Controls and manages project schedules, milestones, scopes, quality controls, risks, issues, communication management, and budgets from preliminary stages through design, construction, and operations for projects.
