Summary This position is located in the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate, Office of Program Management and Operations Support, Internal Controls Division (CA/PPT/PMO/IC). The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst of the Internal Controls Division. Responsibilities Reviews and analyzes current and proposed policies, standards, and criteria within assigned functional areas, which include but are not limited to, developing and maintaining the Internal Controls Guide for Employees (ICG). Designs internal control mechanisms and procedures that are balanced against operational needs to provide reasonable assurances of controls that minimally impact production and customer service. Assigns work to subordinate employees based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments , and the capabilities of employees.
