Summary This position is located in the Division of Operations Management, Office of the General Counsel, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The purpose of this position is to serve as the first line supervisor and as a technical specialist for the Agency's electronic case management system. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Program Analyst (NxGen) (Electronic Case Management Supervisor), GS-0343-12, your typical work assignments may include: Maintaining working knowledge of case processing software; reviewing off-the-shelf software alternatives; providing input during system development. Participating in the development and deployment of system updates; coordinating installation of case processing and field applications; preparing draft test reports and recommending corrective actions.
